Attendance –-Drew, Chris, Mark (all excused)
VP Recruitment –
-Thanks for help during Rush week and Triangle Fest
-Tomorrow, football in the mall at 5:30
-IT outreach on Oct. 12th 1 - 4:30 (talking to potential IT students), talk to Bryce if interested
Jim Hall stopped in for update on chapter-
-Financials update went live in July
-Talked about creating a Google type engine for the university/Big Ten
-Student Advisory Board starting up (will be on myU website next Monday), looking for students to advise O.I.T. Meetings will be once a month on Wednesday or Thursday
-University will offer student Gmail accounts next year
-Looking to do campus/house presentations this spring if interested
-Still willing to give help to us with powerpoint, resumes, interviews, ect.

VP Financial-

VP Membership-
-Everyone’s test schedule is in except Mark, will have a calendar of dates next week
-Tutoring starts this week, emails are going out with times for tutoring today, open to everyone
VP Internal-
-Use quarters next to washers for washers only
-Chores are looking good, Pawel needs to clean up party stuff
-Garbage going out on Wednesday, work session tomorrow after football
-Snyder is working on Annex door, make sure door is shut, code is changed tonight
VP External-
-Football vs. Clovias at noon on 28th, grilling after the game
-AXO talking to their house about social in Dec.
-St. Catherine’s wants a social on October 2nd. Change to Friday or Saturday
-IFC is as useful as a pet rock, setting up “3.2 inititive”, below 2.0 must go to study nights
Special Committees-
Tech Grant-
-Computers @ $1,309.44
-Furniture @ $314.94
-Leaves $3,417.18 for re-wiring house
-Look into getting carpet, humidifier, and window fixed
Old Business-
-Lind Hall needs new composite
-Haven’t sent out all the composites yet
New Business-
-Rocketry at least once a semester hopefully, tell Chris
-IT Student Dinner on Wednesday October 1st from 5-8pm, opportunity to talk to other IT groups
Announcement-
-Battle of the Sexes vs. ASK on Saturday from 6 – Midnight, anyone invited (Jake not invited until he shaves)
-Mailboxes are up now
